Chapter IV — Next Step
Have a matter you would like to discuss?
A short initial conversation is the most reliable way to understand whether and how verdantid can assist. There is no obligation attached to that first conversation.
Chapter V — Frequently Asked
Questions We Often Hear
What does the initial consultation involve?
The initial consultation is a structured conversation — typically 30 to 45 minutes — to understand the commercial background to your matter, identify what documentation may be required, and determine whether the scope is appropriate for one of our fixed-fee engagements. There is no obligation arising from that conversation.
How long does a company formation engagement take?
Once the intake conversation is complete and all ownership and naming details are confirmed, most straightforward formations are completed within five to ten working days. More complex structures — involving multiple shareholders or layered holding arrangements — typically require additional time, which we discuss during scoping.
Are your fees fixed or billed hourly?
The three engagements listed on this site are each priced on a fixed-fee basis: RM 720 for company formation, RM 1,500 for commercial contract work, and RM 2,250 for the governance advisory programme. Where a matter falls outside those scopes, we discuss the most appropriate fee arrangement before any work begins.
Do you only serve clients based in Kuala Lumpur?
No. Our office is based in Kuala Lumpur, but many clients engage us remotely. Document exchange and consultation can be handled entirely in writing and via video call. Where in-person attendance is required — for example, for certain filings — we discuss logistics with clients individually.
How is my information handled during an engagement?
All information shared with verdantid in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except where required by law or where you have explicitly consented. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Who is the board advisory programme suited for?
The programme is designed for company directors, board secretaries, and senior management at medium-sized companies, family-held businesses approaching a transition, or organisations preparing for external scrutiny or fundraising. It is structured around regular scheduled touchpoints rather than reactive queries.
